Council Meeting

THAT the Minutes of the December 8, 2022 Inaugural Meeting of County Council and December 13, 2022 Meeting of Council Council be approved as presented; and THAT the recommendations made by the Committee of the Whole as set out in the Minutes of the December 13, 2022 meeting be adopted.

THAT a by-law be introduced at the January 17, 2023 meeting to: a. Authorize and approve the Management Consulting Services Agreement between Oneida Nation of the Thames and the Corporation of the County of Middlesex c/o Middlesex-London Emergency Medical Services Authority Operating as Middlesex-London Paramedic Services effective January 1, 2023; and b. Authorize the Warden and the County Clerk to execute the Agreement.

THAT the by-laws be given first and second reading.

THAT the by-laws be given third and final reading.

THAT the Attainable Housing Review presentation be received for information.

THAT the LLD Moth Monitoring presentation be received for information.

THAT the recommendations contained within the ITS Strategic Plan be received for information; THAT the Director, Information Technology Services be directed to ensure any costs related to the recommendations are contained in the draft 2023 and future budget submissions for consideration and support.

THAT the Local Archives Update be received for information.

THAT the Decentralization Project Update be received for information.

THAT Amendment No. 4 to the Southwest Middlesex Official Plan be approved and that staff be directed to circulate a Notice of Decision as required by the Planning Act, and that the Notice of Decision indicate that no written submissions were received concerning this application.

THAT the County of Middlesex exempt plan of condominium File No. 39T-MC-CDM2204 from the full condominium approval process.

THAT the County of Middlesex exempt plan of condominium File No. 39T-MC-CDM2203 from the full condominium approval process.

THAT the County of Middlesex exempt plan of condominium File No. 39T-MC-CDM2202 from the full condominium approval process.

THAT the proposed Plan of Subdivision (File No. 39T-MC1902) be granted draft plan approval subject to conditions and that a Notice of Decision be circulated as required by the Planning Act and that the Notice of Decision indicate that all written submissions received on the application were considered; the effect of which helped make an informed recommendation and decision. THAT Amendment No. 45 (File No. 39-MC-OPA45) to the Municipality of Middlesex Centre Official Plan be approved, and that staff be directed to circulate a Notice of Decision as required by the Planning Act and that the Notice of Decision indicate that all written submissions received on the application were considered; the effect of which helped to make an informed recommendation and decision

THAT Items 11.c.12 to 11.c.21 be received for information.

THAT the Committee of the Whole rise from closed session at 4:04pm.
