THAT the proposal submitted by Signalisation Kalitec Inc. for execution of the Tales & Trail Storytelling installations be approved; and THAT the Director of Library Services be authorized to negotiate and execute an agreement, to the satisfaction of the County Barrister and Solicitor, between Signalisation Kalitec Inc and Middlesex County Library as per the terms of RFT No. LIB-2022-001 in the amount of $127,925 before taxes.
