Library Board

THAT Jim Maudsley be appointed Chair of the Middlesex County Library Board for the 2022-2026 term of Council or until such time as replaced;

THAT Marigay Wilkins be appointed Vice Chair of the Middlesex County Library Board for the 2022-2026 term of Council or until such time as replaced;

THAT Marcia Ivanic, Legislative Services Manager/Clerk, be appointed Secretary of the Middlesex County Library Board for the 2022-2026 term of Council or until such time as replaced;

THAT Cindy Howard, GM of Finance and Community Services, be appointed Treasurer of the Middlesex County Library Board for the 2022- 2026 term of Council or until such time as replaced; and

THAT Marigay Wilkins be appointed to the Southern Ontario Library Services Area Trustee Council for the 2022-2026 term of Council or until such time as replaced.

THAT the Minutes of the December 6, 2022 meeting of Library Board be approved as presented.

THAT the Library Board Governance - 10 Things You Need to Know as a New Library Board Member be received for information.

THAT the Ontario Library Association Super Conference - Overview/Tips and Tricks presentation be received for information.

THAT Items 7.a. to 7.f. be received for information.

THAT the motion previously adopted to accept the Minutes of the December 6, 2023 meeting of the Library Board be amended to the following: "THAT the Minutes of the December 6, 2023 meeting of the Library Board be amended to substitute "Warden Burghardt-Jesson" with "Warden Warwick" in the motion to approve the Minutes of the November 15, 2022 meeting of the Library Board and the motion to approve first and second reading of By-law #28 of the Library Board contained in said Minutes; and THAT the Minutes of the December 6, 2023 meeting of the Library Board be approved as so amended."

THAT the by-law be given first and second reading.

THAT the by-law be given third and final reading.

THAT the meeting adjourn at 12:16pm.
